Age Limit.
(i) Civilian Candidates. 20 to 25 years of age as on 01 Oct 2017
(i.e. Candidates born between 01 Oct 1992 and 30 Sep 1997 inclusive of both
dates).
(ii) Serving Combatants on Remusteration. 20 to 28 years of age
as on 01 Oct 2017 (i.e. Candidates born between 01 Oct 1989 and 30 Sep
1997 inclusive of both dates)
Educational Qualification
Science Stream - M.Sc/ B.Sc/ MCA/ BCA / M.Tech/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (IT) with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Biology, Electronics and Computer Science
Arts Stream - M.A/ B.A with English Literature, Hindi Literature, Urdu Literature, History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, Psychology, Mathematics and Sociology
Physical Standards
Height - Minimum 162 Cms for Western Himalayan, Western Plains, Eastern Plains, Central Plains & Southern Plains and 160 Cms for Eastern Himalayan
Chest - Minimum 77 Cms
Weight - Minimum 48 Kgs for Western & Eastern Himalayan and 50 Kgs for Eastern, Western, Central & Southern Plains
Physical Fitness Test
1.6 Km Run
Pull Ups (Beam) - Minimum 6 pull ups
Zig Zag Balance - Qualify
9 Feet Ditch - Qualify
Instructions: Candidate should bring the following documents at Rally Site:
(a) Online admit card.
(b) Original SSC / HSC and Higher education certificates, if any.
(c) Original mark sheets of SSC / HSC and higher education certificates, if any
(d) Transfer / School leaving certificate in original or bonafied certificate from School / College.
(e) Caste Certificate issued by the authorised signatory.
(f) Domicile / Nativity / Residence certificate duly signed by authorised signatory.
(g) Aadhar Card as Identity proof.
(h) Minimum fifteen copies of lates passport size photographs (size 5 x 4 cm) from same negative. Different / Computerized photographs will not be
accepted. Phtographs should not be attested. Photograph with sunglass and cap will not be accepted. Face of the candidate must be very clear
showing both ears.
(j) NCC Certificate, Sports Certificate and Relation Certificates, if any.
(k) An Affidavit as per format:affidavit can be downloaded from website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.
(l) Please take a good quality laser printer print out in black and white with good resolution.
(m) No color print out will be taken.
(n) Do not fold your admit card.
